Lead the monitoring and evaluation efforts for the BLOOM program, enhancing resilience.

You have:

Academic background or equivalent experience in social science, statistics, international development, economic growth, or another related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in field survey/data collection techniques, data entry, data verification, analysis, and reporting.
Good understanding and skills of data management.
Strong computer literacy with full knowledge of MS Office applications; knowledge of data science and programming is a plus but not required.
PowerBI experience greatly preferred, or familiarity with data visualization and data analytics tools.
Monitoring and evaluation understanding and skills regarding results frameworks/program logics.
Proficiency in Ukrainian and English required.
