Overview
Lead and oversee MEL systems for the resilience portfolio.
You have:
- BA/S or equivalent in relevant fields such as development studies, research methods, or social sciences.
- 3+ years of experience building or operating MEL systems in humanitarian or early recovery programs.
- Experience with working with local partners and implementing MEL activities through them.
- Proven use of technology for MEL functions.
- High degree of computer literacy; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or equivalent skills are essential.
- Experience in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and reporting techniques.
- Full working proficiency in both oral and written English and Ukrainian.
