A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Demography, Monitoring & Evaluation or related discipline;
M&E short-course certificate or project management will be advantageous;

World Vision Lesotho is expanding its footprint in community transformation and sustainable development. As part of our long-term strategy to grow our grant portfolio and ensure program sustainability, we are building a Talent Pool of Specialists for upcoming projects across Lesotho.

Interested candidates who meet the below specifications are invited to submit CV's with a motivation letter on the below basis of the following:

The M&E will be responsible for developing, monitoring, tracking, reviewing and updating project M&E tools and framework to provide support based on project activities.
Develop and outline indicators for deliverables, project evaluation, measurement of project impact and appraisal throughout its cycle.
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Demography, Monitoring & Evaluation or related discipline;
M&E short-course certificate or project management will be advantageous;
At least 3 years of experience in project monitoring, reporting and evaluation of multispectral projects.
