This assignment supports UNDP’s work with the Government of Fiji to strengthen monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) systems for 18 bond-funded public sector projects.
The Officer will be embedded within the UNDP programme team, working closely with the Ministry of Finance and line Ministries to consolidate monitoring datasets and institutionalize reporting systems.
The assignment contributes to improved transparency, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making in public financial management and development programming.
Month 1: • Collect raw monitoring datasets from 18 projects across Ministries • Clean, validate, and standardize datasets • Align datasets with the approved MRV matrix
Months 2–3: • Develop standardized reporting templates • Establish reporting workflows within Ministries • Support the Ministry of Finance to embed reporting systems • Build capacity of Ministries to independently generate reports
