You have:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline but Statistics and Economics is preferred
- Minimum two years' experience in NGO/INGO, preferably with monitoring and evaluation
- Must have experience in project monitoring and evaluation, needs assessment and report writing
- Excellent command of Myanmar & English for report and email writing
- Must have excellent computer skills – Word, Excel & Power point and KOBO
- Strong commitment to work in a team environment
- Must have proven analytical/problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of International HEA Standards such as Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct regular monitoring visits to operation areas to collect data, analyze and give feedback for improvement of project implementation
- Visit all project area and participate with the project team in the participatory evaluation
- Collect monitoring data, analyze collected data and produce monitoring report based on the monitoring plan for the respective operational areas
- Give feedback to project team on findings and recommendations
Assist project in developing good monitoring and evaluation framework and plan
- Develop monitoring and evaluation plan together with the respective project team in consultation with Project Manager
- Assist the project manager in identifying and developing the monitoring framework and guidelines
- Ensure an appropriate monitoring plan is being developed and that each activity is being monitored according to the motoring plan
- In consultation with the project manager, provide training for the project staff on the usage of monitoring tools based on the WV and donor monitoring standards
Work on knowledge management by keeping good documentation and dissemination of reports
- Develop relevant M&E databases for efficient and effective data entry, analysis and reporting
- Work on knowledge management by disseminating the monitoring and evaluation findings, recommendations, and lessons learnt from monitoring and evaluation
- Carry out or engage task with good judgement and responsibly.
- Perform additional duties and assignments proactively
- By actively participating with manager in producing a relevant and jointly agreed development plan
- The plan will identify key areas which will assist in personal and professional development consistent with World Vision’s strategic goals

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline but Statistics and Economics is preferred
- Work experience in education would be an advantage
- Minimum two years' experience in NGO/INGO, preferably with monitoring and evaluation
- Must have experience in project monitoring and evaluation, needs assessment and report writing
- Excellent command of Myanmar & English for report and email writing
- Experience in emergency response situation
- Lead in the developing project M&E tools (e.g. data collection forms, databases, supervision checklists) include required standard indicator
- Must have excellent computer skills – Word, Excel & Power point and KOBO
- Ability to communicate within a cross-cultural environment essential
- Ability to communicate well in spoken and written English and Myanmar
- Strong commitment to work in a team environment
- Must have proven analytical/problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of International HEA Standards such as Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS)
