Reports to: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (Direct line manager)
Head of FLER Consortium
Supervision of: Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (Yangon)
Duty station: Yangon
Travel: 30% (likely to vary in the current context)
Duration and type of contract: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
