Overview
Support daily functioning of the M&E Unit and monitor programme results effectively.
You have:
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in monitoring and evaluation, project management, data analysis
- Previous experience as a volunteer and/or experience of another culture, (i.e. studies, volunteer work, internship) would be highly regarded
- Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of other statistical software packages such as SPSS will be an asset
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to establish priorities and to plan, coordinate and monitor own work plan
- Good analytical, organizing and planning skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the health systems, policies and data sources
- Experience in project design, management and monitoring will be an asset
- Familiarity in managing surveys, evaluations and good qualitative and quantitative research skills will be an asset
Contract
