Overview
Monitor food distribution and support program implementation.
You have:
- 5 years of experience in data collection on products and program effects, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis and communicating findings to the management team, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office or other relevant programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent writing, formulation, and reporting capacity in Spanish is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; cultural and social sensitivity.
- Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a range of partners, including grassroots community members, religious and youth organizations, and authorities at different levels.
- Familiarity with communication tools and approaches for development.
- Valid national driving license and proven ability to drive a 4x4 with manual transmission for rough terrain (will be verified through a driving test).
- Experience with WFP systems is an advantage, as is experience working with the UN or another international development organization.
- Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a difficult environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national staff.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good security awareness.
