You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, business administration, management, public administration, law, human resources, social sciences, international relations or a related field from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant working experience.
- High school diploma with minimum five years of work experience.
- Experience in programme support, information management, reporting, or administrative support functions.
- Experience compiling, managing, and analysing programme data.
- Experience drafting reports, correspondence, or other programme documentation.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required.
- Proven drafting, writing, and reporting skills.
Contract
This is a G-5 contract. This kind of contract is known as General Service and related categories. It is normally only for nationals. It usually requires 5 years of experience, depending on education. More about G-5 contracts.
Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Head of Programmes (Humanitarian), and the direct supervision of the Programme Officer (MHPSS), the incumbent will support the information management and reporting component of the implementation of IOM’s Mental Health and Psychosocial Programme activities in Ukraine.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, business administration, management, public administration, law, human resources, social sciences, international relations or a related field from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant working experience;
OR
- High school diploma with minimum five years of work experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in programme support, information management, reporting, or administrative support functions.
- Experience compiling, managing, and analysing programme data.
- Experience drafting reports, correspondence, or other programme documentation.
- Proven drafting, writing, and reporting skills, confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of humanitarian activities and context is advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of emergency and recovery response, including MHPSS-related interventions in Ukraine is an asset.
SKILLS
- Skills in information management and programme reporting.
- Data compilation and analysis skills.
- Administrative and operational support skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Communication skills with a wide range of people, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds.

Languages
For this position, fluency in English and Ukrainian is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) programme activities, liaising with relevant units to support the coordination and timely reporting on programme progress.
- Maintain programme information systems and databases by compiling, verifying, updating, and organizing quantitative and qualitative programme data.
- Support administrative and logistical processes related to MHPSS programme implementation, liaising with relevant units on programme documentation, procurement follow-up, and other operational support functions.
- Assist with administrative actions related to the engagement of consultants and service providers, including maintaining documentation and supporting processing of contracts in accordance with IOM procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of documentation for consultant and contractor payments, following established procedures and organizational requirements.
- Assist in tracking contract validity periods and preparing documentation for contract extensions, following up with relevant units as required.
- Support the preparation and follow up on procurement and service requests required for programme implementation, including events, transportation, venues, and other operational services, liaising with relevant support units to facilitate timely processing.
