Duties and Responsibilities 1 Introduction

The existing UNESCAP Building Automation System (BAS) consists of a Johnson Controls Metasys Extended Application and Data Sever (ADX) Version 11 installed on a unified hardware server.

This job is for the remote installation and configuration of the ADX Server with Advanced Reporting System (ARS) Version 11 on Virtual Machine (VM) servers in Split Mode.

2 Description of works

2.1 Installation and configuration of Split ADX with Advanced Reporting System (ARS) on the new Servers. One VM server dedicated to the web/application, one VM server dedicated to the database, and one hardware server dedicated to the System Configuration Tools (SCT).

2.2 Installation,configuration and transfer of licenses of all the existing BAS software and utilities to the new servers, according to the following table:

2.3 Change IP address of all the BAS devices: 7 NAE/SNE, 6 Workstations, 1 York VRF Gateway, 1 Panasonic VRV gateway, 1 Daikin VRV gateway, 2 York Chillers and 2 Dunham-Bush CRAC

2.4 Verification of all software functions after the devices have been transferred to the VM Servers

2.5 All the required works are to be performed remotely with a provided connection to the UNESCAP BAS System

3 Goals/outputs to be delivered

3.1 The Metasys ADX Sever with Advance Reporting Systems is installed, configured and functional at the new VM servers

3.2 All the accessory software is installed, configured and functional at the new VM servers

3.3 All the devices (NAE/SNE, Integrations and Workstations) are online and functional after the migration to the new VM servers

Qualifications/special skills At least 10 years’ experience engineering Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation Systems. Provide at least 3 references engineering and commissioning Johnson Controls Metasys Server ADS/ADX Version 11 or higher
