Media and Communications Assistant
Result of Service 1. An active social media presence across all UN platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok in particular 2. UN in Cambodia visibilities well presented in the country

Duties and Responsibilities- Support the production of social media content, including social media posts, photographs, videos, and creation of graphics where possible - Participate in weekly meetings and updates with Media and Communications team, including with the Resident Coordinator - Draft tweets and Facebook/Instagram post for review by the Programme Communications and Advocacy Officer - Provide communication assistance to UN’s international days’celebrations, both online and offline, in particularly in developing and designing social media contents for online campaign (posters, photos, short videos, blog piece, etc), video graphing and photographing at the offline event. - Perform additional work required by the Programme Communications and Advocacy Officer based on needs, especially in assisting to coordinate the UNCG
Qualifications/special skills Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, communications, media or media management, international relation or any related degree. a. Must have previous experience creating social media content, preferably for the UN b. 2- 3 years of experience in working across the communications spectrum including in producing and publishing media and multi-media content. c. Experienced in photography, videography and graphic designs. d. Experienced in organizing events (workshop, launching events, etc.)
Languages Must be able to speak and write in English and Khmer fluently
