Ensuring that all DME processes within CGPP are compliant to the relevant DME standards and frameworks.

Be aware of and supporting implementation of new CGPP programmatic initiatives.

Participate in both external and internal Data Quality Assessments/Ensuring data conforms to the CGPP and donor's data quality standards

Conduct data cleaning and verification exercises to ascertain validity and accuracy of the data before reporting to the donor.

Support the implementation of baselines, midterm and final project evaluation Support the M&E Coordinator and program staff in the development of assessment tools Support partner M&E Officers and program staff in the implementation of assessments and other studies. Support the development of Terms of References for external evaluators and consultants.

Conduct regular supportive supervisions to CGPP implementation sites and ensure data quality standards are maintained at all levels (Community, County, State and National level) Participate in the design and development of CGPP project proposals and concept notes. Review partner reports and data to ensure they are of the expected quality.  Supporting and ensuring the development of high-quality, M&E plan, ITT & DIPs, in collaboration with program staff and ensuring that every project has these

Provide technical support to implementing partners M&E officers and other program staff. Support the conduct of M&E related trainings to build both inhouse and out of house capacity. Supporting partner staff in developing skills in the use of digital mobile data collection and analysis systems such as DHIS2,, ODK, etc Supporting the establishment and maintaining of mechanisms for capturing, analyzing, reporting and sharing of findings , data/information, lessons learnt and other best practices
