Overview
Conduct monitoring and evaluation for IOM activities through interviews and data collection.
You have:
- Experience in M&E implementation and community-based feedback mechanisms is an asset.
- Previous experience in data collection or relevant field experience.
- Computer/software literate, preferably advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox and report writing.
- Knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative data management techniques.
- Experience with international humanitarian organizations in a multi-cultural setting.
- Ability to summarize disparate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting and reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively.
- Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment.
- Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines.
Contract
