You have:
- Bachelor degree in Social Studies, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other relevant subjects
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in donor engagement, fundraising, partnerships, or external relations, preferably within an NGO, non-profit, or development sector.
- Proven experience in managing and nurturing donor relationships, including individual donors, corporate partners, institutional donors, or foundations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with program, communications, and finance teams to ensure integrated donor engagement efforts.
- Experience in organizing and managing donor events or engagement activities, both online and offline.
- Bahasa as native language and English (speaking and writing) that equal with min. TOEFL Score 450
- Ability to attend social weekends and evening’s events as needed
- Possess strong donor centric service ethic and strong sense of professionalism
- Own high integrity, personal responsibility and a commitment to constant learning
- Have a commercial orientation with discerning interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Computer literacy skills, e.g. CRM database experience, strong skills in the use of WAB system, MS Office; email; calendar

This position responsible to provide a customer-oriented service and to engage in an effective and transformational relationships with sponsor/donor in order to ensure income from existing Mass sponsor/donor through engagement activities. This position also ensure compliance and accountability required to retain Mass sponsor/donor.
All staff are expected to contribute to Wahana Visi Indonesia’s Transformational Development, Advocacy, and Emergency Response approaches, and may be required to support emergency response efforts in a timely, coordinated, and accountable manner.
Strategy Development & Planning
- Gives input on sponsor/donor’s concerns and expectations to help develop sponsor engagement strategy.
- Support the achievement of Mass sponsor/donor Annual Target income by upgrade giving capacity of Mass sponsor.
- Gives input on sponsor/donor’s events.
- Resource Acquisition & Management/ Engagement/Project Management
- Ensure the achievement of target income from Mass sponsor/donor.
- Follow up on matters related to sponsorship donation/payment issue, Gift Notification (GN), failure to debit from sponsor bank account/credit card, etc which affect our income.
- Coordinate with Finance to settle any financial/payment issues.
- Involve in the Mass sponsor/donor events.
- Encourage Mass sponsor/donor to give more.
Capacity Building/ Technical works
- Complete all mandatory WV trainings.
- Join necessary capacity building on program operations to improve knowledge and capacity to support Ministry Funding strategy.
- Join learnings which support improvement of work and professionalism (internal & external).
- Open to task enlargement (if needed)
Accountability & Quality Assurance
- Closely engage and communicate matters related to donation status, payment method, child update, child replacement, termination of sponsorship, GN, children’s gift, sponsorship products, child reports, etc. as part of efforts to achieve maximum Mass sponsor/donor satisfaction and service excellent; through any communication channel.
- Ensure all queries and complaints are responded and settled in a timely manner to minimize and/or avoid cancellation and to maintain sponsor/donor satisfaction.
- Manage and update the database of Mass sponsor/donor that in her/his portfolio, especially in SIMMA (CRM system).
- Coordinate and collaborate with Sponsorship Support Executive and Sponsorship Department to ensure the availability of timely quality sponsorship products.
- Ensures the fulfilment of Minimum Sponsorship Experience Standard through sponsorship products, systems and communications tools
- Promotes a more engaging relations between Mass sponsor and children through correspondence, sending gift, and sponsor visit.
- Improve sponsor/donor journey.
- Comply with all Organization Policies include Code of Conduct, Safeguarding, Conflict of Interest, e-Mail & IT Access.
- Meet the target of contact per day.
- Provides prayer support, if needed.
Networking & Coordination
Coordinates with Finance Department for any issue related to donations/payments.
Coordinates with Sponsorship Support Executive (SSE) and Sponsorship Department for any visit requested by Mass sponsor to ensure that the Safeguarding Policy and Sponsorship protocols are applied.
Coordinates with Mass Donor Engagement Lead (MDEL) and Middle & Major Donor Engagement Executive (MDEE) to ensure same standards are applied for daily task purposes.
Coordinates with other acquisition units for potential donor approach/information.
Coordinates and collaborate with other units to identify potential new donors and interests to the overall unit’s strategic plan and target.
Being an effective representative of WV before sponsor/donor and other stakeholders.
Management & Leadership
Develop and manage annual performance agreement
Submits periodical/ monthly accomplishment report
Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department
Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization's life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.
Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties.
Manage all implementations and risks related to this position according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.
