PAAJAF is seeking for a volunteer who could support us about reviewing our marketing strategy, and work out a detailed implementation plan. Moreover, synchronize the strategy with the execution plan according to the recent market needs. The role involves a great deal of digital and online marketing work design. The individual need to look at analytics and come up with appropriate courses of action, produce written content.

    Create an implementation plan (long-term and annual, while setting up marketing workflows to achieve goals and objectives) Determine KPIs for marketing department Co-operate with the Grant department in fundraising activities Co-operate with the IT team Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements Consider the latest best practices Review content marketing strategy Design a plan for the harmonization of the work of the marketing staff Work out a monitoring & performance system

  • Volunteers: 3 needed

  • 11-20 hours per week / 12 weeks

    Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing Proved people management skills Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc. Regularly produce and present reports Excellent organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills B.Sc or MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field Addition marketing certifications are a plus Strong attention to deta
