Execute performance commitments and conduct financial analysis
You have:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for marketing campaigns.
- Generate and analyze income data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist in preparing local proposals for the Resource Development department.
- Support in attaining departmental annual targets and objectives.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships within the finance and resource development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute performance commitments that align with the departmental and organizational goals and objectives effectively. 2. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and promotions. This includes evaluating the cost-effectiveness of payment gateways to facilitate informed decision-making in marketing strategies. 3. Generate and analyze income date on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring consistent reporting for use by other teams. 4. Offer support during periods of increased workload, particularly in the preparation of local proposals within the Resource Development (RD) department. 5. Assist the Senior Finance Officer in attaining departmental annual targets and objectives, contributing to overall financial sustainability and success. 6. Cultivate collaborative working relationships and uphold standards of excellence in processing, recording, and reporting financial transactions promptly and accurately to support decision-making processes within the RD and Finance directorates.
