Overview

Develop and implement campaigns for telemarketing in Colombia, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

You have:

  • Completion of Secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of work experience in implementing, supervising, and coordinating customer acquisition and retention campaigns through Face-to-Face channels.
  • Experience required in vendor management involving commercial teams for products and/or services.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other digital tools or software is also valued.
  • Proven experience in monitoring and tracking KPIs for commercial campaigns.
  • Experience interacting with diverse work groups and stakeholders, including technical teams, digital teams, and senior-level executives.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present commercial proposals.
  • A bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field may replace three years of related work experience.
  • A master's degree may replace additional two years.
  • Good level of English is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish is required.

Contract

This is a G-7 contract. This kind of contract is known as General Service and related categories. It is normally only for nationals. It usually requires 7 years of experience, depending on education.

Salary

The salary for this job should be more than 3,461 USD.

The salary of a G-7 depends on the duty station. The minimum salary there is 11,403,250 COP (~3,461 USD) Please note that depending on the location, a higher post adjustment might still result in a lower purchasing power.

How can you make a difference?

Under the direct supervision of the Fundraising Officer - Marketing Implementation Campaigns-, the post is responsible for the development and effective implementation of the campaigns for the telemarketing channel in Colombia, carrying out the monitoring, supervision and coordination of all national channel campaigns, managing the outsourced call center outbound campaigns and accompanying the development of new suppliers, implementing also CPTP campaigns. The implementation of these campaigns focuses on the performance of each of the agencies and their teams, training, monitoring, feedback, motivation plans and incentives to ensure compliance with KPIs, new pledge donors acquisition, average donation, payment rate, attrition rate, quality assurance, cost per acquisition CPA and ROI.

Key functions, accountabilities and related duties/tasks

  • Implement, supervise, and coordinate customer acquisition and retention campaigns through direct face-to-face sales channels.
  • Manage large sales teams (50+ people) and oversee vendor operations related to commercial teams for products and/or services.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial campaigns to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, digital, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM or digital tools to support campaign execution and data management.
  • Lead vendor relationships and ensure alignment with strategic sales and marketing objectives.

  • Completion of Secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the area: Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of work experience in implementing, supervising, and coordinating customer acquisition and retention campaigns through Face-to-Face channels (direct in-person sales), or managing sales teams of over 50 people. Experience required in vendor management involving commercial teams for products and/or services.
    • Experience with Salesforce and other digital tools or software is also valued.
    • Proven experience in monitoring and tracking KPIs for commercial campaigns.
    • Experience interacting with diverse work groups and stakeholders, including technical teams, digital teams, and senior-level executives.
    • Vendor management experience and familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM or digital tools will be considered an asset.
  • Analytical skills and vision to negotiate and onboard new vendors, venues, and implement innovative business models. Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present commercial proposals.
  • For this position, a bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field may replace three years of related work experience. A master’s degree may replace additional two years.
