Calling passionate volunteers from the Arab States to contribute to the UN's mission of attracting exceptional talent! The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) program seeks online volunteers to assist us in identifying and engaging highly qualified individuals from the Arab States for UN system opportunities.

Network and connect: Collaborate with a dedicated team and build connections with talent experts and aspiring UN candidates.

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) program seeks 20 dedicated Online Volunteers across the Arab States to support our talent acquisition efforts. Under the guidance of our Regional Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and expanding our talent pool within your selected country.

As a volunteer, you will:

1. Focus on one specific country from the proposed list.
2. Become a talent scout: Identify up to 10 key talent networks within your chosen country. This could include local job platforms, software solutions, professional groups, job posting pages, NGOs, professional associations, university and alumni events, and job fairs.
3. Gather key information: For each identified network, provide details such as number of members, area of expertise, fees for job posting (if applicable), event dates and times, contact details of relevant focal points, and links to website pages or platforms.

Proven skills in research, communications and recruitment A degree/certificate in Human Resources and/or Recruitment is considered an asset.
