We are hiring an exceptional Manager with a strong track record of successful delivery of Digital and Tech Transformation initiatives. A strong candidate will be autonomous in delivering day-to-day work to support Public Sector departments to harness technology to improve lives, spur innovation, and deliver national priorities.

Focused on supporting TBI’s growing programme in Morocco, the post holder will join a fast-growing team, focusing on key strategic priorities of the country on tech and digital transformation.

Reporting to the Tech Senior Advisor in Morocco and working closely with the rest of the TBI Morocco team, the Manager should have the breadth of expertise in the digital transformation space, preferably within some of TBI’s tech pillars (e.g. National Digital Infrastructure, Digital Government, Digital Identity, Data for Decision Making, etc). The Manager will also capitalise on the wide range of expertise and resources across TBI, in particular those in GCS (Global Client Solutions) and the Partnerships & Initiatives (PI) team, to bring the best of TBI to our government clients.

The Manager is expected to drive in complete autonomy critical projects in Morocco, deliver strong analyses and insights and manage senior level clients. In addition, the Manager will help foster and support partnerships between governments and tech innovators to help advance key initiatives.

This is a role requiring an exceptional candidate with relevant Tech and Digital expertise, strong Strategy Consulting background, and a demonstrated willingness to work and collaborate with senior political leaders.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of client deliverables and operational client relationships
• Ownership of content/insight development using best-in-class approaches to research, analyses and written syntheses
• Ownership of critical client relationships helping understand client requirements, articulate ideas, and participate in presentations of deliverables
• Owns and drive the overall project delivery
• Orchestrate routines with top leadership to monitor delivery and escalate issues where required
• Apprenticeship of future junior colleagues (i.e. Associates and analysts) in the core advisory skill-set and key software tools (i.e. Microsoft Office suits, incl. Excel)
• The Manager will be accountable to the Tech Senior Advisor (N-1 Locally) who will own the Manager’s downward feedback

Person Specification

The successful candidate must have :

• 5-10 years of experience with at least 4 years in Strategy consulting ideally from a top-tier consulting firm
• Extensive knowledge and proven experience in Digital, Tech and AI transformation

• Proven experience and demonstrated interest in working with the public sector

• Entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by agility and autonomy, to drive projects seamlessly from start to finish, ensuring rapid delivery of outcomes

• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• High level of autonomy and Practicality in building and delivering in-depth analyses and presentations
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English
• Based in Rabat
