Manage food security and livelihoods programs effectively.
You have:
- Be holder of at least a BAC+4 diploma in Agro-economics, Economics, Forestry, Rural Development or any equivalent diploma closely related to described tasks.
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience in food security and livelihoods, rural savings, or related areas.
- Expertise in key areas such as natural resources management, agroecology, climate, biodiversity would be a plus.
- Experience working with an international NGO would be an asset.
- Good skills in planning, reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and GIS.
- Solid experience in managing operational and institutional partnerships would be an asset.
- Ability to communicate and develop good relations with communities, state technical services, NGOs and associations.
- A high degree of autonomy, organizational capacity in work, and team spirit.
- Fluency in French, knowledge of English is an asset.
- Knowledge of one of the local languages such as Zarma or Peulh is essential.

- Être titulaire d’un diplôme de BAC+4 au moins en Agroéconomie, économie ou Foresterie, Developpement rural ou de tout diplôme équivalent dans un domaine ayant un rapport étroit avec les tâches décrites. - Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans dans la sécurité alimentaire et moyens de subsistances, de l’épargne rural (autonomisation économiques, etc), sont des atouts ; - Avoir une ou plusieurs expertise(s) clés dans les domaines de la sécurité alimentaire et Moyens d’existences (Gestion des ressources naturelles, Agroécologie, Climat, Biodiversité, RNA, AGRs/plan d’affaire…) serait un plus ; - Une expérience de travail avec une ONG internationale serai un atout - Bonnes compétences en planification, rapportage, suivi et évaluation ; - Bonne maitrise des logiciels du pack Office notamment Word ; Excel et Power point, SIG. - Experience solide dans la gestion des partenariats (opérationnels et institutionnels) serai un atout. - Habileté à communiquer et à développer de bonnes relations avec les communautés, les services techniques de l’état, les ONGs et associations ; - Une très grande autonomie, une capacité d’organisation dans le travail et esprit d’équipe ; - Maîtrise du français, l’anglais est un atout. - Connaissance d’une des langues locales suivantes est indispensable : Zarma, Peulh.
