Overview
Lead strategic initiatives and oversee program implementation to expand access to medical oxygen.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management sciences, public health, development studies, public policy or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in a demanding result-driven environment in the private or public sector, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
- Proven track record in successfully managing projects, cultivating relationships, and coordinating the interests of diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Hindi, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and detailed reports to influence and engage stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence, demonstrating patience, empathy, and thoughtful leadership even in high-pressure or stressful situations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, both within and outside program states and districts, to ensure program success and stakeholder engagement.
