Overview
Lead AI initiatives and support CHAI's mission to strengthen health systems globally.
You have:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced user of modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Codex).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics clearly.
- Strong analytical ability and a demonstrated capacity to pick up new topics quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth, limited-structure environment and to handle ambiguity.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to CHAI country offices and represent the team at conferences.
- Strong preference for colocation in Boston, working in person with the Head of AI and from a CHAI office 1–2 days per week when not travelling.
