- 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- People management experience, with the ability to lead, develop and grow a team preferred.
- Successful track record in account management, engaging with multiple functions and business lines in an organization.
- Experience with CRM’s, Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language; both written and verbal. Command of another language in Asia Pacific or South Asia is a plus.
- Travel up to 20%.
Please Note: This role requires the ability to work on site in our Geneva office 3 days per week.

As a membership organization, the Forum engages businesses in projects and initiatives – online and offline – to address industry, regional and systemic issues.
The Partner Services (account management) team focuses on structuring and delivering tailored engagement for Forum partners across all regions. The team works across all industries and geographies and in close collaboration with the Regional Business Team, Global Industries communities, 10 Forum Centers and Forum events.
We are currently searching for a Partner Services Cluster Manager (Manager, Account Management), who will lead a team of account managers focused on structuring and delivering engagement for Partner companies within the South Asia and Asia Pacific Regions. Responsibilities include:
- Manage and coach a team (5) of Account Managers: Partner Services Leads and Specialists
- Ensure coordinated and consistent interfaces with Partner companies in close collaboration with the Regional Business Team and Global Industries team
- Guide team in contributing to a tailored engagement strategy for all Partners, in close collaboration with the Regional Business team, as well as Global Industries team
- Lead team in preparing and delivering Partner companies’ participation at Forum events, ranging from registrations, agendas, speaking roles and logistics
- Guide a team across all internal processes impacting the Partner, including unpaid dues and contract management
Responsible for defining and allocating responsibilities among the team
Guide team members in key stages in the Partner lifecycle including Onboarding, At-Risk, Offboarding stages
- Personally handle a portfolio of 6-10 high-level Partners with account management responsibilities.
To be successful, a Partner Services Cluster Manager should:
- Build strong collaborative relationships with the key counterparts in the Regional Business Team; be adept at driving change and systematic approach to portfolio management
- Monitor and proactively manage partner retention and engagement metrics across the portfolio
- Ensure a ‘One-Forum’ approach, with Regional Business team, Forum’s product teams (Centres), and Global Industries teams to partners to guarantee optimal partner engagement experience.
Preferred Requirements and Experience:
- Broad intellectual background with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant field
- People management experience, with the ability to lead, develop and grow a team preferred
- Successful track record in account management, including proven ability to engage with multiple functions and business lines in an organization
- Ability to connect the dots in a complex matrix environment, strong collaboration skills, with disciplined and consistent follow-through for internal and external parties.
- Experience with CRM’s, Salesforce preferred
- Relevant regional experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language; both written and verbal. Command of another language spoken in Asia Pacific or South Asia region is a strong plus.
