ASCOA is a non-profit organization leading marine debris and plastic pollution initiatives in Cameroon’s coastal communities. As part of its five-year strategic plan, ASCOA is launching the ASCOA Trash Monitor App—a digital platform to support data collection, mapping, and reporting of marine debris along the Limbe–Idenau coastline and beyond. The app will empower volunteers, researchers, and the public to track, report, and analyze waste patterns, informing clean-up strategies and policy advocacy.

We are seeking an online volunteer to support and manage our development team in driving software projects from start to finish. This volunteer will be focused purely on management activities: there is no requirement for hands‑on coding or deep technical implementation skills. The ideal candidate has proven experience: - Leading software projects end‑to‑end, - Strong communication skills in English, - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and - The ability to shepherd the team to deliverables with quality.
