You have:
- A graduate of Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, Social/Behavioral Sciences or any four year course with relevant experience in telemarketing and customer care/service.
- At least 2 years of broad and substantial experience in marketing, customer service, and/or account management.
- Knowledge and skill in marketing, customer care and account management.
- Knowledge and skill in public speaking, copywriting, content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Physically fit for office work and out of office meetings.
- Good command of English and Filipino.

Key Responsibilities:
To manage and develop strategies and programs for the cultivation and engagement of major donors/sponsors and partners leading to retention and long term donor value while demonstrating Christ-centered lifestyle that inspires passion, participating in spiritual formation, and modeling high standard of spiritual maturity and integrity
- Design and implement customized strategies for transformation, cultivation and engagement of new and existing major sponsors that would effectively enhance their satisfaction, retention, and commitment to the ministry.
- Provide excellent donor service in order to nurture new high-level and existing major donors and develop them to become Child Well-being Ambassadors while effectively meeting their needs and expectations.
- Prepare and analyze performance of the Major Donor Cultivation on a weekly and monthly basis and implement necessary recommendations to address performance gaps and other important issues including product development.
- Perform other tasks that the manager may assign to support the role and the goals of the organization.
- Coordinate with other teams and departments as necessary to respond to sponsor requests and/or concerns.
