  • Anglais un atout.
  • Parler et écrire aisément le français

Responsibilities

  1. Appuyer dans la gestion de la chaine d’approvisionnements selon les règles et procédures en place.
  2. Rédaction des rapports dont il est responsable : suivi des achats suivant les plans d’achats approuvés, mise à jour de la liste de prix, registre des fournisseurs, suivi des contrats, procès verbaux d’ouverture des offres, suivi des dépenses flotte et internet, suivi de plans de distributions de Kits sur les Sites du Petit Nord-Kivu.
  3. Archivage: responsable de l'archivage physique et électroniques des documents de la logistique en conformité avec le filing tree et les standards NRC.
  4. Appuyer la Logistics Team Leader dans l’analyse de marché au niveau de la Zone.
  5. Identifier, anticiper et gérer les risques fournisseurs ; Participer à l'évaluation des fournisseurs et faire la mise à jour de la base de données fournisseurs.
  6. Contribuer dans le suivi des accords cadre disponible au niveau du Petit Nord Kivu.
