UNICEF PERU LOCAL INTERNSHIP IN DOCUMENTARY MANAGEMENT AREA: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR: FINANCE ASSOCIATE PERIOD: 6 MONTHS APPROX. WORK MODALITY: PRESENTIAL

Support with the digitization and management of files and documents both in digital and original versions, allowing the area to systematize information and retain documentation in accordance with the Organization's policies.

How can you make a difference?

  • Classify by date of issue all invoices paid between January 2021 and December 2022.
  • Identify and classify carbonless and/or digital invoices for tax recovery 2019.
  • Prepare a database of invoices 2023 according to APCI classification.
  • Identify the documentation according to topic, category and area and proceed to file it.
  • Digitization of documents with retention for 5, 7, 10 years and those that should not be destroyed.
  • Rename digital documents and classify them according to ECM instructions.
  • Documentation database management stored in physical, digital and derivatives for storage (Local Provider)
  • Purging of documentation previously coordinated with Administration.
  • Support in the design and/or organization of SharePoint and Teams Libraries for the different areas of Operations (Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Supplies and ICT).

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Student of last semesters in careers of Archivist and/or Documentary Management or similar of Center of Technical Studies, Institutes or Universities.
  • Requirement: a medical insurance
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
