Coordinate the integral management of programs and projects in the territory.

You have:

Licenciatura en Administracin, Trabajo Social, Psicologa, Desarrollo Local o afines
Deseable formacin en liderazgo o gestin de proyectos
Maestra (deseable)
Mnimo 3 aos en posiciones de liderazgo o coordinacin de proyectos
Experiencia en gestin de equipos y trabajo con comunidades
Experiencia en articulacin con socios, donantes o gobiernos locales
Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos
Planificacin y gestin por resultados
Comunicacin efectiva y trabajo colaborativo
Pensamiento estratgico y orientacin a resultados
Manejo de herramientas digitales (Microsoft 365, Power BI)
Licencia de conducir vigente, vehculo mecnico 4x4
Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo
Ingls (deseable/intermedio)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the comprehensive management of programs and projects in the territory, ensuring sustainable results in the well-being of children, their families, and communities, in alignment with World Vision Honduras' strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Local Development, or related fields
Training in leadership or project management (desirable)
Master’s degree (desirable)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in leadership or project coordination roles
Experience in team management and working with communities
Experience in coordination with partners, donors, or local governments
Experience working in fragile urban contexts

Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft 365, Power BI)

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license; 4x4 manual transmission vehicle
