Overview
Oversee livelihoods and cash project activities in Iraq
You have:
- Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
- Implement delegated Livelihoods and cash project portfolio activities according to plan of action
- Responsible for compiling project documentation of technical activities of Livelihoods and cash projects
- Ensure financial tracking of expenditures on technical activities in Livelihoods and cash projects
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
- Monitor and document the implementation of livelihoods and cash project activities done by implementing partners
- Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need
- Promote and share ideas for technical improvement in design, delivery or monitoring of activities
- Ensure proper filing of documents
Contract
This is a Professional contract, Grade 5 (NRC) contract. More about Professional contract, Grade 5 (NRC) contracts.
1. Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
2. Implement delegated Livelihoods and cash project portfolio activities according to plan of action, developed by Livelihoods team
3. Responsible for compiling project documentation – collection, verification, filing – of technical activities of Livelihoods and cash projects
4. Ensure financial tracking of expenditures on technical activities in Livelihoods and cash projects
5. Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines including compliance
6. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
7. Monitor and document the implementation of livelihoods and cash project activities done by implementing partners and/or contractors (plan of action activities, contracts, performance, quality)
8. Ensure that projects targets beneficiaries most in need, and explore and share different ways to assist
9. Promote and share ideas for technical improvement in design, delivery or monitoring of activities
10. Ensure proper filing of documents
11. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
