Specific responsibilities
· Act as data focal point for the Livelihood programme by making sure data meets the and the M&E information needs of the implementation teams.
· Compiling data related to labourer attendance, turnover, payment, and working duration
· Maintain and organize all information management systems related to Livelihood programme
· Ensure data collection procedures and work instructions are maintained by the team
· Deliver regular internal updates and monthly reports on key project indicators, progress, and forecasting
· Conduct additional qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis as requested by the project manager
· Extract regularly post placement data and share the updates with the team for anything in order to ensure that the beneficiaries are receiving the services
· When needed, support the migration of all information management systems of Livelhood program to a case management software
· Ensure NRC's data protection policy is being applied to all activities and staff are aware of the specific data protection protocols
· Train relevant project staff on data collection and field level quality control measures Liaise with NRC's Monitoring and Evaluation department to ensure reporting requirements are met
Generic responsibilities
· Management of project staff.
· Implement plan of action for delegated portfolio of Core Competency projects (activities, budget and project documentation).
· Day to day follow of progress in project implementation.
· Ensure compliance with NRC policies, Core Competency tools, handbooks and guidelines.
· Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist.
· Promote and share ideas for technical improvement.
· Prepare periodic progress reports and other documents.
· Ensure capacity building of project staff and transfer of key skills.
· Liaison and collaborate with relevant local authorities and stakeholders.
· Promote the rights of internally displaced/returnees in line with the advocacy strategy.
· Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.

Qualification requirement: Bachelor degree or equivalent Years of Experience: 2

-Substantial experience in collecting and managing quantitative and qualitative data Advanced knowledge in Excel and Access (or equivalent)
