1. Role and responsibilities

The purpose of the Team Leader position is day to day implementation of the LFS activities in Yumbe District.

Generic responsibilities (max 10)

These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work and Development plan.

1. Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
2. Implement delegated LFS and CVA assignment according to plan of action.
3. Develop and manage the detailed project implementation plan.
4. Ensure staff are aware of and operating by humanitarian principles and other codes of conduct; Encourage compliance with the Charter and the fight against fraud, corruption and abuse of power; alert the Project Manager, Field Coordinator, Area Manager and / or Country Director in the event of fraud, corruption or abuse of power.
5. Coordinate with EUTF partners, relevant UN agencies, government authorities and any other stakeholders to ensure support for the project and the wider organization.
