MDF is looking for an Online Volunteer who is well versed in sewage pond monitoring and management. The Online Volunteer will assist by carrying out Literature review on existing sewage pond appropriate for a tropical country and provide advice and recommendation based on findings on sewage pond monitoring, testing and management.

    This project is specifically on a Sewage Pond in Papua New Guinea. The project will look at ways to further improve the current practice in the existing sewage pond monitoring, testing and management according to Internationally recognized best practice and standard adapted by tropical countries. The pond will be rehabilitated for using polymers and GEOBAGS and maintained, tested and monitored in compliance with International Regulations.

  • Volunteers: 1 needed

  • 6-10 hours per week / 12 weeks

    Candidates must have extensive knowledge in sewage pond rehabilitation, monitoring and management. Published papers on International Journals is highly desired.
