Relief International (RI) seeks an experienced Proposal Writer (hereafter referred to as Consultant) to lead an anticipated submission to DG ECHO-funded in response to the 2024 Humanitarian Implementation Plan (HIP) for Sudan (Greater Horn of Africa).
The Consultant will collaborate across RI’s Global Support Office (GSO), Regional Support Offices (RSO) for Africa/Asia, and with Country Office (CO) staff to facilitate timely, high-quality, and evidence-based proposal development.
The Consultant will liaise closely with RI’s Global Program Development Manager to write, review, and finalize proposal packages, including technical content, budget/financial components, and annexes.
The Consultant should have past experience serving as a lead for DG ECHO solicitations and demonstrate strong familiarity with donor processes, templates, and strategic priorities. In-country experience in Sudan highly preferred.
