You have:
- Strong presentation and communication skills, especially with young audiences.
- Experience in teaching or conducting workshops on planning, personal organization, or time management.
- Ability to prepare engaging, age-appropriate content and interactive activities for an online setting.
- Familiarity with online conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Portuguese language skills are desirable but not mandatory.

This workshop is part of the Jadir Taekwondo Association (AJTKD)’s educational initiatives that empower youth from underserved communities with essential life skills. As a civil society organization committed to supporting youth development, AJTKD sees planning and personal organization as foundational skills that can help young people manage their responsibilities, stay focused, and achieve their goals effectively.
Conduct a one-hour online workshop focused on planning and personal organization for young participants. The volunteer will introduce practical strategies for effective time management, goal setting, and creating productive routines. This workshop should include an engaging presentation and interactive activities to help youth develop organizational skills they can use in school, extracurricular activities, and personal projects.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, especially with young audiences;
- Experience in teaching or conducting workshops on planning, personal organization, or time management;
- Ability to prepare engaging, age-appropriate content and interactive activities for an online setting;
- Familiarity with online conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet);
- Portuguese language skills are desirable but not mandatory, as participants are Brazilian youth who do not speak English.
