You have:

Established in 1951, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is a related organi-zation of the United Nations and, as the leading agency of the United Nations in the field of migration, works closely with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental part-ners. The IOM is committed to promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all. To this end, it provides services and advice to governments and migrants.
In collaboration with the government of Korea, IOM Peru has launched a cooperation project aimed at supporting the socioeconomic integration of the Venezuelan refugee and migrant community within the Peruvian host communities of Lima, Callao, Tacna, and Tumbes. This initiative focuses on four key areas of intervention: labor market inclusion, entrepreneurship skills and business management knowledge, access to education, increased awareness on migration issues, and efforts to enhance the socio-emotional stability of refugees and mi-grants through inclusion and social development.
Additionally, the selected volunteer will be involved in key projects aimed at facilitating inte-gration and support for migrants. This will include participation in capacity development initia-tives, direct and indirect assistance to vulnerable populations, and contributions to the strate-gic planning of long-term programs. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will offer a unique opportunity for professional growth and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by the field of migration on a global scale.
Under the general supervision of our RMO in IOM Peru and the direct supervision of the Fi-nance Coordinator, the selected candidate will support various management tasks of the ac-counting and finance unit in the Lima Office, Peru.
Under the direct supervision of Finance Coordinator, the UN University Volunteer will undertake the following tasks:
-Support in the preparation of budgets. -Support in the preparation of financial reports. -Support in the preparation of financial evaluations. -Support in the review of implementing partners. -Support in monitoring compliance with requests. -Support in the preparation of notes verbales to the MRE. -Support in the review of petty cash. -Support in the accounting, treasury and financial areas. -Support in activities as required.

Peru is known for its stunning landscapes, delicious local cuisine, and lively culture. A wide range of cultural attractions may be found in the city as well.
Another big lure is the city's thriving culinary culture, which includes restaurants that have won prestigious awards on the world stage. People in Lima are kind and hospitable, so it's not hard to settle in and establish new friends, making it a family-friendly destination. However, Lima's traffic and congestion can make even the simplest trips difficult.
• Vaccinations are not needed for entry into the country. To be safe, travelers should check to see whether they will be passing through any locations where malaria, dengue, or yellow fever are common.
• The average temperature in Lima is 17 degrees Celsius in August and 24 degrees Celsius in February.
• Private clinics and hospitals in Lima provide access to high-quality medical care provided by trained professionals using the latest medical technology and methods.
• According to the Security Level system's approach, Lima has a very low security level. In general, violent crime is uncommon there. While in Lima, petty thievery is the most significant safety concern.
• It is possible to make a variety of payments in Peru, including wire transfers, interbank transfers, payments via QR codes or digital wallets, and withdrawals from ATMs, which are conveniently located throughout the country.
• Peru is a country highly exposed to natural disasters, being seismic with several cases of earthquakes and tremors.
