Overview
Support the development of AI solutions for improved public service delivery.
You have:
- Foundational knowledge of Python and common data or machine-learning libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, NLTK/spaCy, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Understanding of core machine-learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts, including text classification and sentiment analysis.
- Exposure to building or consuming APIs and to deploying models or applications (e.g., Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or cloud services).
- Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and collaborative software development practices.
- Interest in responsible and ethical AI, data privacy, and application of AI to public sector services.
- Ability to work with English and Kiswahili language data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, learn quickly, work independently, and deliver quality outputs within agreed timelines.
