Overview
Contribute to youth employability and social integration through a structured volunteering opportunity.
You have:
- Secondary/University education or recognized professional qualification required
- Be part of the candidate pool for the socio-professional integration internship program of the Ministry of Sports, Youth and Employment or have heard about the initiative
- Be at least 18 years old and a maximum of 37 years old at the recruitment date
- Be motivated to learn, develop new skills, and engage in a professional integration pathway
- Demonstrate a positive professional attitude, including respecting instructions, schedules, colleagues, and company procedures
- Have good teamwork capacity, collaborate with different interlocutors, and adapt to a professional environment
- Be willing to participate in coaching, mentorship, follow-up, and reporting activities specified in the program
- Demonstrate a capacity for listening, communication, and real-life learning ability
- Have an interest in youth employability, volunteerism, civic engagement, and local development
- Exhibit integrity, respect for diversity, and adherence to UN values by treating all individuals with dignity and contributing to an inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment
- Be able to show autonomy, adaptability, and resilience in facing challenges encountered in professional experience
