You have:
- Professional degree in Animal Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
- Specialization or master's degree in Rural Extension and Development, Agricultural Sciences, Agroecology, or Sustainable Animal Production.
- At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of silvopastoral systems with small livestock producers.
- 3 years of experience in managing personnel.
- Knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices (BPG) and agricultural policy.
- Experience with community engagement and technical assistance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
