Do you want to work with IT in one of the world's leading humanitarian organizations? We are digitizing and modernizing our IT portfolio and are seeking a student assistant who understands new technologies and wants to provide support to our employees.
Who are we?
The IT Service & Operation team in DRC’s HQ consists of 12 employees, 4 based in Copenhagen, 3 in other parts of Denmark and 5 based in Warsaw. We work in an international environment with employees from several different countries and cultures, and we are committed to driving and providing support to the ambitious digital changes that the organization is undergoing. Our environment is based primarily on Microsoft cloud products such as Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure.
About the job
As a student in IT Service & Operations you are working with supporting the users in DRC and involved in smaller projects. The job is a mix of technical support and administrative tasks.
As IT student assistant, your primary tasks will be:
- End-user support / pc support
- Installing pc’s and setting up workplaces
- Writing manuals and training materials for end users
- Create internal documentation and guides
About you
You have a great interest in IT and a desire to work in an international and dynamic environment where you will take on varying tasks with a significant degree of responsibility.
We expect you to:
- Have knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows, Office 365 and Azure
- Some experience with end-user support on hardware and software
- Currently (or to be) enrolled in a relevant education with IT focus
- Structured and organized
- Fluent in English (Scandinavian languages are a plus)

The office is located at Borgergade, a 2-minute walk from the Kongens Nytorv metro station.
- Working time: 15 hours a week.
- Start date: July or August
- Salary & Terms of Employment: Terms are in accordance with the current agreement between the Danish Refugee Council and HK. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply.
