  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills to collect, synthesize and analyze information from various sources.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written). French is desirable.

They will manage the team’s projects in compliance with UNESCO rules and regulations, project management methodology, and industry best practices. They will also help on the Change Management and Architecture Review boards. ASSIGNMENTS/ DELIVERABLES: --------------------------- **ASSIGNMENTS/ DELIVERABLES:** **Project Management tasks:** Manage selected projects by ensuring scope is delivered within agreed budget, time, and quality. You lead, support, and coordinate the project team through the planning, execution, delivery and closing phases. Support and drive the team to build an initial and ongoing planning for budget, scope, quality, and schedule, allowing the project to progress in an organized and coordinated manner. Ensure the activities flow smoothly and work is performed according to plans. Measure project performances, allowing tracking, evaluating, and reporting information. Regularly assess the environment of the projects to identify risks and opportunities. Then, collaborate with the project teams to plan for adequate measures. Create and maintain stakeholder relationships, a collaborative environment, and effective communication. Address risks and opportunities during the project. Ensure quality, completeness and proper hand-over of the releases and project closure deliverables. Develop sustainable and objectives-driven project teams. Participate in model improvement efforts, including parameter tuning, feature selection, and ensemble techniques. **Change Management and Architecture Review Boards tasks:** Consolidate requests, prepare agendas, send invitations, and chair the meeting as required. Produce meeting minutes and share them among all stakeholders. Perform any other duties as may be assigned. WORK EXPERIENCE • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project manager with proven experience in leading cross-functional IT initiatives using predictive and adaptive methodologies (Project management certification is a plus). • In-depth knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies. • Experience developing, managing, and evolving business relationships with stakeholders. • You can work in a truly international team and collaborate across levels. • Experience in Business analysis is a plus. • Experience in change management is a plus.
