Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of IT Officer (Digital Solutions) is assigned to the Digital for Development Operations Division (ITOP) within the Information Technology Department (ITD).
ITOP provides digital solutions that meet business needs by delivering and supporting software application/data/business process management service products. It also drives information consistency and efficiency of product delivery. The division provides digital solutions to support development operations, regional departments, resident missions, sectors and thematic knowledge management and market solution innovation.
As part of ITOP, you will be assigned to the Knowledge, Content, and Records team, which is responsible for delivering and maintaining digital products that manage ADB's knowledge, content, and records. Since 2024, these products have incorporated Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the discovery and organization of ADB's knowledge. Your main focus area will be knowledge management systems.
You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated Technical International Staff and Senior Officer as applicable.
Your Role As IT Officer (Digital Solutions) you will be responsible for ADB's knowledge and content management systems, which are powered by Artificial Intelligence technology. You will work with stakeholders, product managers, and technical team members, including managed service providers, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of product features. You will maintain the release roadmaps of the IT products, and planning releases based on a prioritized backlog of requirements.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of document and records management systems, from identifying business needs all the way to support and maintenance. A major part of your work will be to ensure the effective use of AI technologies.
