- 3-5 years’ Experience in working with international NGOs/IT field
- Good organizational and reporting skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology is the basic requirement
Job Description
General Duties
- Monitoring and maintaining all field office computers systems and networks. - Monthly Computers/Printers/Copiers preventative maintenance and regularly checking departmental computers by walk-in. - To ensure that all IRC field offices computers are in working orders. - Troubleshooting end user hardware and software issues. - Daily Troubleshoot ends user hardware and software issues, working continuously on a task until completion removing viruses from all Computers, and managing the online IT ticking system. - Setting up new users' accounts and profiles, dealing with password issues, testing, and evaluating new technology. - Troubleshoot BVA, Integra, and Box problems/IT Orientation to newly staff. - Ensure compliance with the IRC IT policy by all computers users. - Good troubleshooting skills using logic and common sense. - Maintain IT inventory database for IT hardware and software and update All IT assets in online database and offline management - Support procurement department in identifying and selecting hardware required by the field sites. - Deliver different IT related trainings to the end users/each field staff - Performing installations, computer Operating system, wireless Access points, Routers, Network Printers, MS Office 365, windows10 and Network-attached storage, repairs. - Up to date IT inventory database for IT hardware, software and ISP contracts, PRs, etc. - Proper support to all field IT/ IT Focal points. - monthly IT activity report to IT Coordinator
Specific Duties:
- Prepare PRs for all IT equipment - Prepare a Top-up card list for staff - BVA Management - Sim Card Management - IT Documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in personnel Management - Excellent English and Dari/Pashto - Must have IT Skills. - 3-5 years’ Experience in working with international NGOs/IT field - Good organizational and reporting skill - Ability to work under pressure - Bachelor’s degree in information technology is the basic requirement
