You have:
- A first university degree, Bachelor, in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related area is required.
- At least 7 years of work experience in the area of quality assurance of complex ICT systems is required.
- Familiarity with customs automation, single window or similar systems is desirable.
- Work experience in international ICT projects and in transition economies is desirable.
- Familiarity with QA tools and programming languages (Java) is required.
- Fluency oral and written in English is required.
- Knowledge of Russian is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of UNCTAD ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the incumbent will undertake following duties: - Ensuring quality of new digital customs solutions within ASYCUDAWorld framework - Ensuring conformity of new digital features with national legislation and international standards - Ensuring interoperability with other governmental information systems - Ensuring interoperability with express carriers - Providing recommendations for ensuring faster clearance times and reduced delays for shipments - Providing other types of technical support to ASYCUDA core team - Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with project goals.
