Help migrate ASYCUDA NCTS components to new digital platform.

You have:

First university degree, Bachelor, in information technology, engineering, mathematics or related area is required.
At least 2 years of working experience in ICT sector as a developer of software applications is required.
Knowledge of Java/JavaScript programming language is required.
Knowledge of database information system will be considered as desirable.
Fluency written and spoken in English is required.
Knowledge of Russian is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the project officer of UNCTAD / DTL / ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the incumber will implement the following duties : - Development of components of ASYCUDA NCTS 6 system - Enhancement of transit Guarantees functionalities - Continuing the customization of NCTS 6 system - Technical finetuning of NCTS 6 based on users feedback logical controls

Qualifications/special skills

First university degree, Bachelor, in information technology, engineering, mathematics or related area is required. At least 2 years of working experience in ICT sector as a developer of software applications is required. Knowledge of Java/JavaScript programming language is required. Knowledge of database information system will be considered is desirable.

Languages

Fluency written and spoken in English is required. Knowledge of Russian is desirable
