Provide first line ICT support and ensure system security.

You have:

  • Master Degree or Diploma in Computer Studies is required.
  • 2 years working experience is required.
  • Proven ability and experience in setting up LANs and telecommunications networks.
  • Experience of supporting LANs, WANs is required.
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows Server administration is required.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365 is required.
  • Experience of Active Directory is required.
  • Experience of Microsoft Exchange is required.

  1. OPPORTUNITY
  • The IT Assistant provides Availability and reliability of the ICT infrastructure, applications and connectivity. He/She Provides first line support, advice and solutions to ICT users in relation to application, data and business process issue, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely fashion.Ensure that IT system security and organizational compliance, processes and procedures are in place and properly maintained at the C.O, and Perform proactive tasks for ICT infrastructure and corporate applications maintenance,

Facilitate the diagnosis of IT equipment and coordinate maintenance with external service providers.

  1. ABOUT YOU
  • The role demands Master Degree/ Diploma in Computer Studies with 2 years working experience.

And Proven ability and experience in setting up LANs and telecommunications networks. He or She must have an experience of supporting LANs, WANs; experience of Microsoft Windows Server administration and Experience of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange.
