- Good knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
The WFP Library & Research Centre (LRC), EBS Division, acts as a Knowledge Management centre for dissemination of academic, scientific and technical knowledge within WFP and supporting WFP’s archiving and indexing of documents and publications, as owner of the corporate taxonomy and holder of WFP’s historical publication archive. The LRC also supports staff wellness by providing e-books and journals, particularly to field offices where access is limited.
The LRC uses automations for information dissemination, e-book management and management of subscriptions and usage data.
JOB PURPOSE
The selected incumbent will be expected to be responsible for adopting and managing the LRC's automations, implemented using MS Power Automate. MS SharePoint online and UIPath, including documentation, maintenance and proactive evolution. The incumbent will also provide support to LRC staff and to patrons on usage of the digital platforms and devices.
The candidate will work remotely. Duration of the contract is 11 months.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)
- Maintain and upgrade existing Microsoft Office 365 Power Automate workflows including testing and rolling out of updates.
- Maintain web automation activities using UIPath robotic process automations, including testing and rolling out of updates and possible migration to Puppetteer.
- Maintain the LRC’s SharePoint system of digital dissemination, archiving and indexing of publications, including testing and rolling out of update.
- Ensure documentation is up to date regarding the LRC’s automations in Power Automate and UIPath;
- Provide global support in the management of Amazon Kindle devices and e-book loans;
- Undertake basic troubleshooting and support the Library Team on these and other platforms in use.

Report regarding installation and workflow information for each of LRC’s automations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: University degree in Computing or equivalent. Courses in automation, MS SharePoint will be an advantage.
Experience: Academic or professional experience in computer science, programming or no code workflow automations.
Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with web technology, , HTML, XML, JSON, and O365 SharePoint is highly desirable. Familiarity with workflow automations (no code) is highly desirable.
Languages: The working language is English. Good knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.
