Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

The ADB seeks an Investment Specialist/Senior Investment Specialist to build ADB’s supply chain finance business within its Trade and Supply Chain Finance Program (TSCFP), and to address global industry-level challenges related to supply chains, such as ESG, resilience and digitalization, and to close financing gaps for small and medium-sized companies. To implement the TSCFP’s strategy for its supply chain business, the position will lead and manage relationships with international and local banks to maximize transaction volumes, provide excellent client service, and ensure vigilance in assessing and monitoring risk. Implementing technical assistance and other developmental and thought-leadership initiatives form a secondary, albeit important, part of the role. The incumbent reports to the designated international staff and supervises national and administrative staff.
