Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Investment Specialist is assigned to the Portfolio Management Division (PSPM) within the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

You will report to Director, PSPM and will oversee both national and administrative staff.

Your Role As an Investment Specialist, you will be working directly with clients, taking responsibility for a number of designated accounts within PSPM’s overall portfolio of debt, guarantees and other investments in infrastructure projects and corporates working in infrastructure, agribusiness, health and education sectors in developing Asia.

The Investment Specialist will be working directly with the Infrastructure / Corporate Finance team of PSPM, taking responsibility for the delivery of relationship management, credit supervision, development effectiveness for assigned portfolio, execution of active portfolio management strategies, and the overall management of a designated portfolio of accounts in DMC countries.

Additional Information This is a fixed term appointment with option to renew for an initial period of 3 (three) years following Section 3.1 (b) of Administrative Order No. 2.01 (“Recruitment and Appointment’). This appointment is not convertible to a regular appointment. It may be extended on an exceptional basis for a further fixed period at the option of ADB. This appointment is open to internal and external applicants.
