You have:
- Advanced university degree in engineering or related field with understanding of quality infrastructure is required
- A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in the field of quality infrastructure is required
- Excellent organizational and editorial skills are required
- Fluency in written and oral English and French is required
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment is required
- Good ability to work under pressure and take initiatives is required
- Knowledge of quality-related issues at the ECOWAS level is desirable
- Experience with EU-funded programmes is desirable
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Management Tools) is required
