Overview
Develop and write a handbook for diplomatic and consular staff on assisting potential victims of human trafficking.
You have:
- Advanced university degree in international relations, human rights, political or social science, or similar fields
- At least 10 years of experience in diplomatic, consular services including with visa adjudication or immigration authorities, combating trafficking in human beings, research
- Experience in working with diverse groups of professionals in the related area
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in English with excellent communication (both oral and written) skills; working knowledge of at least one other language from the OSCE region is an asset
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities
- Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity
- Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications
